Red Hook Fest is one of NYC’s most exciting annual events. Over the course of 2 days, audiences enjoy free barbecue, a DJ-led dance party, stunning professional performances by NYC’s most powerful performers, and a host of pre-professional youth performances. Located on the scenic Red Hook, Brooklyn waterfront, audiences enjoy stunning music and dance performances with spectacular views. Hook Arts Media® partners with many organizations to bring additional free resources, education, and services to each year’s event. Activities include scavenger hunts, reading tents, and free kayaking on the harbor.May 31-June 1, 2019, Hook Arts Media will present the 26th Annual Red Hook Fest. Festivities will open on Friday, May 31 with a free cookout, a youth group performance, and a DJ-led dance party. The festival will continue into Saturday, June 1 with main stage performances beginning at 2 pm and concluding at 7 pm.We are thrilled to announce the following headliners to grace the Red Hook Fest mainstage in 2019: The Dance Cartel, Ballet Hispanico's second company, BHdos, and Taina Asili.
